Artists have 24/7 access for flexibility of use and, if they have appropriate insurance, can run classes or workshops in their studio.

• space to seat 20 people or 45 standing

• a dedicated toilet 

• area with separate sinks for food and artists materials 

• large white wall space for displaying work 

• chairs and large tables that can be easily folded away 

• storage space in the basement and back yard 

• lockable doors and security shutter to front window
